Block Party Info & Next Planning Meeting

Block Party Information, “Party on Park Street”--August 30, 4:00-6:00pm, we are hosting another block party, titled “Party on Park Street” based on Philippians 4:4 (Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again--rejoice!)

Looking for people to coordinate specific areas :

1. Food – Janet Hoffman
   B.      Games -
   C.      Setup -
   D.      Teardown -
   E.      Advertising/Marketing – Cory Smith
   F.      Entertainment -
   G.      Follow-up with new visitors – Donna Thomas    
2. Outreach – Donna Thomas
   I.       Prayer – Donna Thomas                              
3. How you can help:
   1.      Pray over the Block Party–lives can be touched
   2.       Get involved - Volunteer to help
   3.       Invite people to come
   4.       Donate – Food, Games, Time, Money
