Meet the Intern: Logan Imber
Hello Parkstreet people!
My name is Logan Imber, and I will be the Youth Ministry intern for this next year. Just a couple fun facts about me: I am a senior at Ashland University; I’m originally from the Dayton area, I have been going to Camp Bethany since before I could walk, and I love the show Parks and Recreation. As for my role during this year, I will be helping our Student Ministries Director - Cory Smith - plan activities, teach lessons and mentor members of the youth.
I have had a great passion for youth ministry since being a counselor at Camp Bethany, and from that time on I have been pursuing a career in youth ministry. I also have a passion for international missions work and traveled to South Africa for a month this past summer. While there, I learned a lot about myself, about God’s character and how radical life with Christ can really be if we let it. Since returning from South Africa, I have been able to better see how God really wants to infiltrate every bit of our lives with Grace, Love and Truth. I hope to bring all of these concepts into my time of ministry here at Park Street.
Thank you for allowing me into your lives and I pray that you will be blessed by me as much as I have already been blessed by this community.
