Luke commends the Bereans for having ‘received the word with all eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily…’ (Acts 17:11). The Berean ABF has been doing this since their start as one of the ‘young married’ classes at Park Street, even though only about half of the class members are now able to attend on Sunday morning. Our class time is marked by prayer for our friends, church, community, and world, followed by a focused time in looking at Scripture. In January our focus is on “What a church would look like based on the book of James.” In Feb and March we will explore the Christian calling to prayer and the Christian calling to be models to the next generations.
