I don&#039;t know about you, but I always learn something new when I mentor someone. It&#039;s a mutually beneficial experience (I suspect Lou learned a thing or two from you!).

My fear is that sans &quot;mentoring&quot;, we lose  great opportunities for innovation, new perspectives, continuity, and deep-seeded relationships.

I&#039;ll be bold and make the suggestion. Look both ways. Who&#039;s mentoring you - who are you mentoring?
