Mission:
Community Life Team exists to help Park Street people love newcomers and one another more deeply than ever before.

Vision:
The Community Life Team will transform our church culture from one of welcome to one of invitation. Newcomers and those on the fringe will not only be warmly welcomed, but will be invited to engage in social events, ABFs/small groups, and service opportunities — building relationships that connect them to the church body and help them grow spiritually. Our people will develop a sense of ownership and responsibility for inviting others to be part of our body. Regular attenders will foster relationships with one another, moving deeper and deeper into circles of friendship — from the crowds to mid-sized groups to small groups to even deeper spiritual friendships. Park Street people will be so well connected in healthy relationships to fellow believers that we all will feel cared for and challenged to live well. Park Street people will be known in our community for our deep and genuine love for one another.

Core Values:
o Acceptance – We will create a culture of unconditional acceptance that welcomes people of all backgrounds, lifestyles, beliefs, socioeconomic levels, ethnicities, abilities, and physical appearances.
o Connectivity – We value relationships, and our priority is helping people make initial connections as well as move deeper into healthy relationships with one another, assimilating into the church body and other ministries.
o Awareness – Because of our hearts for the disconnected, we’ll be attuned to the gaps and avoid letting people slip through the cracks.
o Personal Touch – We’ll focus on the personal touch, opting for face-to-face contact over phone calls and handwritten notes over emails whenever possible.
o Customization –We’ll do whatever it takes to get people connected and customize our approach to our audience rather than taking a “one-size-fits-all” approach.
