Our Mission:
To renew relationships (with God, self, one another, and creation), restore beauty, and rebuild lives in our community, nation, and world through the transformative love and power of Christ.

Our Core Values:
• Compassion – We are motivated by Christ’s heart for those in the margins and will cultivate compassion in one another. (Matt 25:40)
• Humility – We acknowledge our own material, spiritual, or emotional poverty, serving others from a position of humility and honoring them with respect as fellow children of God. (Romans 12:3)
• Empowerment – We both equip our people to serve others and empower those in need to take responsibility for improving their own lives.
• Collaboration – We partner with existing groups and organizations who share our values whenever possible, working with them to restore individuals and our community to God.
• Selflessness – We don’t serve in order to save; we serve because we’re saved. Altruism, never coercion, is our primary motivation for helping others. We have no ulterior motives. (1 John 4:19)
• Strength-Based Approach – We will operate from a position of strength, continuously evaluating the assets in individuals and our community and leveraging those for positive transformation.

• Renewing Relationships
o We will build relationships with those who are different from us economically, socially, and culturally, and live sacrificially by putting their needs ahead of our own.
o We’ll be a positive presence in our community, across the nation, and around the globe, standing in the gap for local agencies and schools as well as our missional partners.
o We’ll partner with other entities who are striving toward similar goals, providing volunteer and financial support wherever our passions and their needs intersect as well as helping coalesce services for those in need.
• Restoring Beauty
o Our hearts will be broken by the things that break the heart of God, and we will work to restore beauty and wholeness wherever we encounter ugliness and brokenness.
o We’ll be a positive presence in our community, across the nation, and around the globe, helping repair and beautify homes, parks, and other areas that provide rest and enjoyment.
o We’ll help those in the margins recognize and cultivate their own true beauty through discovering their identity in Christ and becoming more like Him.
• Rebuilding Lives
o We will partner with local schools to serve low-income students and families, building relationships and helping them make positive changes in their lives.
o We will follow up with people in need whom we encounter through ACCESS, Compassion Network, Park Street Rentals, and other outreach ministries, helping them move toward healthier lifestyles.
o We will form missional partnerships in urban and rural areas across our nation and in developing communities elsewhere in the world, encouraging and equipping leaders in those locations.
