Our Property Team is beginning work on some of our church rental properties that are in need of some TLC. One of our team’s priorities this year is to fix up our rentals in order to be the best landlords and neighbors we can be; we will do this as quickly as finances allow. It helps if we can round up as much volunteer labor as possible to minimize the expense.

The last week of May and first week of June, we need help stripping out the basement, carpet, and bathroom in our property at 616 Park Street (the small brick house across the street from the church). We’re between tenants and have new ones moving in by June 14, so this work must happen within the next two weeks.
