Membership Form

The purpose of the membership process is to annually identify the individuals committed to the mission, vision, values, and people of Park Street Brethren Church, and to annually remind ourselves of our commitment to Christ and each other--much like we need to do daily in our personal lives!

Members freely elect to submit to one another in encouragement and challenge as we follow Jesus together on our pathway of worship, discipleship, stewardship, and leadership.

Membership at Park Street is not a status you hold in our organization. It describes your relationship with our body of believers. (Romans 12:3-8)

Believing that the Lord Jesus Christ died for my sins and was resurrected on the third day, and having been baptized as a believer, I desire to join the community of Park Street Brethren Church as we faithfully follow Jesus Christ together. I will pursue obedience to Scripture and the Holy Spirit and will submit to this church community along with the other members.
