Prayer Matters at PSBC Bookmarks

The leadership board, the deacons, and the transition team continue to seek the Lord on His plan for PSBC and to reflect on what God is doing in us, and through us, as we proceed through this time of transition and healing. One of the things that we know to be critical in His plan for PSBC is for us all to be submitting ourselves to Him and to seeking Him in prayer. In order to have all of us praying in one accord, we have created a bookmark that you can carry with you as a reminder of the importance of prayer in this process. Please make sure that you get a bookmark and join us as we pray that His will be done in our lives; individually and collectively!

Here are specific prayers to pray:

May I embrace the fact that God is both working in me and through me to bring His kingdom to earth. Philippians 1:6 & Matthew 6:10.

May I become a part of a movement towards unity, reconciliation, and restoration at PSBC and in life. Philippians 2:2-4

May the Holy Spirit provide wisdom and discernment to the Leadership Board, the Deacons and the Transition Team. James 3:17

May the ministry of PSBC continue to have a profound impact on the greater community. Matthew 28:19-20

May PSBC be a city on a hill whose good works are a testimony to the goodness of our God. Matthew 5:14-16.
