Background Checks

PSBC is now requiring professional legal criminal background checks for our paid church staff and all volunteers who serve or want to serve in the future! Our Leadership Board, The Financial Team (those who count and handle money), every area of Children’s Ministry, the Youth Ministry team, and ACCESS week volunteers. If you fit into any of these categories, please see Mel in the church office to start the process. Please fill out a PAPER form to start the process & you will need to have your SSN & driver’s license to complete the form. Once the paper form is completed, please return to Mel. She will start the process & an email will then be sent to your personal email to continue the background check process.  ALL forms will be secured and viewed only by Mel Plank & Sherry Van Duyne!  Questions direct to either Mel or Sherry.
